EEA, SWITZERLAND, AND UNITED KINGDOM PRIVACY NOTICE

Anoki Inc. (“Anoki,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is providing this supplemental privacy notice to data subjects of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK). These supplemental provisions, together with Anoki Inc.’s Privacy Policy, explain Anoki Inc’s practices with regard to personal data of those data subjects.
Data Subject Rights
If you are a data subject in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we have collected about you through Anoki products and services (the “Services”). You also have the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to our processing of personal data we have collected about you through the Services. In addition, you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data (or provide it to third parties to process) for marketing purposes or purposes materially different than for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. You may withdraw your consent at any time for any data processing we do based on consent you have provided, including prohibiting any further collection of Viewing Information or by opting out of targeted advertising by following the opt out procedures below.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information set forth below and specify which right you intend to exercise. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity. Please note that we store information as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and may continue to retain and use the information even after a data subject request for purposes of our legitimate interests described below. However, we will only retain personal data for so long as we have a lawful basis for doing so.
Opt Out Procedures
As stated in our Privacy Policy, you can opt out of providing Viewing Information and/or Live TV targeted advertising. To opt out of providing Viewing Information, depending on your TV version, you can either go to the “Google TV Settings – Privacy – Anoki Viewing Information Service” page or to the “Android TV Settings – Device preferences – About - Legal information – Anoki Viewing Information Service” page to opt out of the Service. You can also follow your TV instructions to reset the TV back to its Factory Settings. To opt out of targeting advertising on our Live TVX / Stream TVX viewing application please go to the "Anoki Live TVX / Stream TVX App Settings - Ads" section to choose if ads can be personalized on the Live TVX / Stream TVX Service based on the device’s advertising ID. You will also have the option to reset or delete your device's advertising ID.
Lawful Basis; Legitimate Interest
Anoki processes personal data consistent with the lawful basis available under law. In some instances, Anoki’s lawful basis for processing personal data is consent, such as where you have provided consent for us to use Viewing Information. We also rely on legitimate interest as a lawful basis, such as improving the Services we offer to you and your viewing experience when you interact with the Live TV App, to detect and prevent fraud, and to establish, exercise and defend legal rights.
Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Certain personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data as required by and subject to relevant law.
