UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Anoki AI is looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and data-driven user experiences across our AI-powered CTV and advertising platforms. In this role, you will design user interfaces that bridge complex machine learning and analytics systems with accessible, engaging front-end experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to define how our users interact with the Anoki platform — shaping web & mobile applications, dashboards, internal tools, and visual systems that bring clarity and delight to every user touchpoint.

We’re looking for a mid-level designer with 4–7 years of experience who combines creativity with a structured design process, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts — from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI for production
  
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into simple, effective design solutions
  
• Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models for core product experiences
  
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for scalable, consistent product development
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate and improve design decisions
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  
• Uphold Anoki’s design quality standards across all visual and interactive touchpoints
  
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and user-centered design principles

Minimum Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web & mobile applications
  
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving process
  
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  
• Solid understanding of user research, testing, and iterative design methodologies
  
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex dashboards or data visualization interfaces
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven or generative design tools
  
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  
• Experience designing motion / micro-interactions or animations
  
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
